  • How can I find the correct hard drive for my laptop?

  • I searched for my hard drive. However, I can't find it?

    There is a good chance that we have your model in stock. Even if we don’t, we can always special order it for you. Please email us, and we will respond to you asap.

  • How long have you been in business?

  • When will my order get shipped out?

    Payments that are received by 3:00pm PST, on business days, are generally shipped on the same business day. Payments received on Saturday, Sunday, Federal Holidays, or after 12:00pm PST will ship the following business day. Order are shipped from Henderson, Nevada (89002).

  • Do your Hard Drives come with Windows installed?

    Our Hard Drives don't have windows installed. However, Microsoft makes it very easy to install windows on a blank hard drive. View this page for all the details!

  • What is the RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

    LaptopHDS.com accepts returns on all purchases, for any reason. You have 7 days from the date of item delivery, to request a return. The cost of return postage is paid by the customer, as well as 15% restocking fee. If the item was received defective, we will either send a new replacement hard drive, or send a return shipping label to return the hard drive.
